Where Explorers Find Their Voice
Te’ Atron is Kavod’s middle school theater company, bringing original productions and beloved stories to life each year. The Kavod theater experience goes beyond the spotlight: Te’ Atron middle school explorers take the lead – performing, directing, and guiding our elementary explorers through their own productions, building articulate, respectful communicators and leaders.
At the helm is Ms. Courtnee Stagner, Te’ Atron Director, Language & Literature teacher, and a San Diego Classroom Hero whose passion for the arts shapes every rehearsal, every role, and every curtain call.
A Stage Built for Our Community
In 2025, Kavod unveiled a brand new Gymnasium and Auditorium, made possible by San Diego voters through bond measures to improve school facilities across the district. The space is dedicated to the memory of Ofir Libstein, former head of the Sha’ar HaNegev Regional Council and a cherished symbol of Kavod’s enduring partnership with Sha’ar HaNegev. A commemorative plaque ensures that future generations of Kavod explorers understand the significance of global friendship and shared values.
